Our proposal includes the following opportunities:

1. Refurbishing existing Council/LA properties for rental use by your housing applicants.

2. Purchasing BMV (below market value) Council/LA properties and renting them back to you for various purposes, including HMOs, rent-to-rent, build-to-rent, or other specific needs.
